Making Strategy Stick was the topic of Joanne's session at the California Society of Association Executives Seasonal Spectacular in Sacramento. She fell in love with a wonderful little restaurant called Lucca.
Joanne was delighted to be appointed Associate Professor in the Management and Decision Sciences Doctoral Program at Capitol Technology University. She is excited about joining this team of talented scholar practitioners! The appointment is the perfect complement to her consulting work.

Boston was the setting for Leading Age's Annual Meeting. Joanne presented Why They Stay, a session based on her dissertation research, to aging services executives from around the country.
Joanne returned to one of her favorite clients, Maryland Bankers Association. She led a session on leadership at the 40th Anniversary of the Maryland Bankers School.
Joanne presented the results of her dissertation research at the American Health Care Associationís Quality Symposium in Austin, TX. The Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute selected Joanne to conduct their Annual Retreat. It was an invigorating experience! CHCI is developing the next generation of Latino leaders. Joanne was delighted to be a part of this organizationís important efforts to create progress and change.
